As a merchant using the platform, you undertake to:
- Provide a valid commercial registration (CR) and accurate registration details.
- Have orders prepared on time and packaged safely for delivery.
- Give the courier an accurate description of the order contents.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
local_shipping The courier’s role
Couriers are independent contractors, and their work is subject to the following:
- Maintaining professional, courteous conduct with merchants and end customers.
- Delivering orders in their original condition, without damage or unjustified delay.
- Following traffic rules and local regulations while delivering.

Payments are collected through the payment gateways approved on the platform. We are not liable for errors made by external payment providers.
shield Liability and disclaimer
Mandob is not directly liable for damages arising from delivery delays outside its control or from damage to goods: responsibility for the goods rests with the merchant until collection, and with the courier while in transit.
We operate as an intermediary platform connecting merchants with couriers to make logistics simpler.
